  • Testimonials are great sound bites and play an important role in your marketing. Case studies are even more powerful because they show the complete transformation journey. Think of testimonials as movie reviews and case studies as movie trailers - both valuable, but one paints a much more vivid picture of the full experience.

    Your testimonials prove you get results. Case studies show HOW you get them, which is what helps prospects see themselves in the story.

  • My process is very streamlined. You only need to choose which client(s) to focus on and then 30 minutes for our interview. I handle literally everything else.

    Often business owners spend hours trying to write their own case studies and they still don't convert well — or they never actually get written. For 30 minutes of your time, you get professional case studies you can use everywhere.

  • It’s always sensible to be mindful of the investments you make in your business. Happily, many people find that just ONE new client from a case study covers the investment many times over. Plus, unlike other marketing that fades away, case studies keep working for you for years.

  • For busy clients: I can send written questions they can answer whenever convenient, even with a voice note. Some prefer this to calls!

    For private clients: We can anonymise details, use just their first name, or even create a composite story from several client experiences.

    The key is capturing the transformation - the specific client details are less important than the journey.

  • That does happen sometimes, though most do say yes when approached correctly. The key is making it easy for them. In some cases you may want to offer an incentive, but most are happy support another business owner.

    If your first choice says no, we move to the next success story. You probably have more happy clients than you realise!

  • DIY can definitely work if you have the time and writing skills.
